Windows Key Not Working on Corsair K65 Plus Wireless

I'm having trouble getting the Windows key to work on my Corsair K65 Plus Wireless keyboard. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, confirmed that Windows Lock is disabled in the keyboard software, pressed Fn+L on the keyboard, and updated both the keyboard and its software to version 5.26.154. The physical Windows/Mac switch has always been set to Windows, but the key still does nothing. This is my first PC build, so I'd appreciate any other troubleshooting ideas.

Double-check the Windows/Mac switch on the back and make sure it’s set to Windows or PC. Even if it already appears to be in the correct position, switch it to Mac and then back to Windows. That can reinitialize the keyboard’s layout mode and restore the Windows key. You could also try holding Fn and the backlight key for a few seconds to reset the keyboard settings.

Switching it to Mac and then back to Windows fixed it. Thanks for the help!
