My computer keeps showing the message "Your device ran into a problem and couldn't be repaired," followed by an option to view recovery settings. It also says it couldn't connect to the network and points to C:WindowsSystem32LogfilesSrtSrtTrail.txt. I tried reinstalling Windows using the troubleshooting and recovery options on the computer, but the same problem remains. Safe Mode also won't start. What could be causing this, and how can I repair it?

SrtTrail.txt is only a log from Automatic Repair; it isn't necessarily the cause of the failure. If a clean USB installation also fails or the problem returns immediately, test the SSD or hard drive and the RAM. A failing storage drive can cause repeated boot corruption even after reinstalling Windows. Check the drive's health from another computer or a bootable diagnostic tool, and replace it if errors are reported.
The recovery reinstall may not have been a completely clean installation, so it could have preserved the damaged boot files, partitions, or even an underlying disk problem. Create a Windows installation USB on another computer and boot from it, then choose a custom installation. After backing up anything important, delete the partitions on the system drive and install Windows into the unallocated space. Be careful, because this erases the drive.
I only used the reset and reinstall options shown in the recovery menu, not a USB installer. I also tried the other troubleshooting choices, but the computer still won't enter Safe Mode.
