The Windows Update page says my computer is not eligible for the Windows 11 upgrade, but Microsoft's PC Health Check says the system meets the requirements. There doesn't seem to be an option to start the upgrade. Am I missing a setting or another step?

It could also be related to BIOS configuration. Check whether features such as TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot are enabled, since Windows 11 requires them even if the health-check tool otherwise reports that the computer is compatible.
Try using Microsoft’s Windows 11 Installation Assistant instead of waiting for the upgrade to appear in Windows Update. It can often start the upgrade when the compatibility check passes but Windows Update hasn’t offered it yet.
If the assistant reports a disk or partition-related issue, check the EFI and recovery partitions. The upgrade may create another recovery partition, so make sure you have a reliable backup before changing anything.
