I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card and I'm torn between two options: the XFX Swift OC and the Sapphire Pulse. Both cards have 16GB of RAM and are priced the same. The XFX has three fans while the Sapphire has two, which I'm curious about. I currently have a Sapphire 580 and I'm familiar with that brand, but I really like the sleek design of the XFX. Since I'm building in a Lian Li A3 case, the length difference shouldn't be an issue. I just found out there's also a two-fan version of the XFX for the same price, which is a bit longer than the Sapphire but has slightly bigger fans. What do you all think?

If you're working with an mATX build like the Lian Li A3, I'd suggest going with the two-fan option. It should fit better and not run too hot.
Honestly, it doesn't really matter which one you choose; the performance difference will be negligible. Just go for whichever looks better to you or is cheaper!
Both XFX and Sapphire are solid brands when it comes to AMD GPUs. I’ve only had experience with the XFX 7900XTX Merc 310, which is a beast with three fans. Keep in mind that the Pulse is more of the entry-level Sapphire card, but I recommend checking reviews for both models you are considering. Personally, I prefer three-fan setups for cooler temps.

Good point! The A3 is deeper than my old case, so I might have room.
