I'm planning to upgrade my setup and want to sell my MSI Dual fan RTX 4060 that I've only used for about two months. It's in excellent condition, without any heavy gaming or tasks, so it looks brand new. I'm mainly looking to sell it locally on marketplace but I'm open to shipping it if needed. I've listed it for $285, which seems to be the lowest price I've seen around, but I'm unsure if that's a good deal.

I'd say you should consider dropping the price a bit. Since it's only an 8GB card, going for under $200 might be more realistic.
Honestly, I'd suggest going even higher—maybe you could sell it for around $400 if it's in such good condition. It's looking like a great card to potential buyers!
Keep it at $285! Don't go lower than $225, in my opinion. Some of the other comments here just don't get it.
