I'm building a new PC and I'm stuck between choosing an NVIDIA 5060 or an AMD 9060 XT with 8GB RAM. While I know the 9060 will deliver better raw performance, I want to know how well the 5060 handles ray tracing. Is it feasible to enjoy ray tracing on either of these cards?

Generally speaking, if you want ray tracing to really enhance visuals, you'll need a beefier card. Neither the 5060 nor the 9060 XT can handle it at high settings and decent frame rates. It’s a tough sell for a good experience.

I don't fully agree with that. I've used ray tracing on my 3070 and it was solid—good frame rates with visible improvements, even without cranking it to the max.
