I've been having a problem with my Dell laptop where an app named "Microsoft HTML" keeps opening two random websites, possibly a trading site or an ad. I'm not sure how to get rid of this. I checked the registry editor under ComputerHKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun, but it wasn't there. I also ran an antivirus scan. Can anyone help me find a solution? Sorry if my English isn't great!

I just tried downloading Malwarebytes, but I got a 403 error. It feels like something is trying to prevent me from removing the problem. Has anyone dealt with this before?
It might also be caused by a plugin or an extension in your browser. Check your browser settings! For Chrome, just go to settings, then extensions, and remove anything that looks fishy.
But I didn't install any new extensions! It might have started after I got Garry's Mod from a sketchy site.

I added a photo of the startup items! But it’s still popping up frequently.
