I'm considering upgrading my GPU and have found these two options in Sweden. The PNY 5070 is priced at $570, while the Sapphire Pulse 9070 is available for $650. I also spotted the Powercolor Radeon 9070 XT for about $735, but that exceeds my budget. I feel like the 5070 might be the better value, but I'm wondering if it's worth investing in the 9070, especially considering its 16 GB of VRAM.

In my opinion, the 9070 is definitely the way to go. It outperforms the 5070 in almost every benchmark, making the extra cost worthwhile.
Thanks for the input! I'll go for the 9070. Plus, it's got a quicker delivery time of just one day, which is perfect for my weekend plans.
Go with the 9070. FSR 4 has improved a lot and it's comparable to DLSS now, which makes it a solid choice.
If you're gaming at 1080p, the 5070 might be fine, but for 1440p, you should definitely lean towards the 9070.
Quick question: where did you find those prices? I can't see any 5070s for under 5800 SEK!
I found them at Elgiganten. They also have the MSI Ventus 5070 for 5190 SEK, but I've heard it can be pretty noisy.

I agree! VRAM is a huge factor here. With the 5070 and 9070, you're looking at future-proofing yourself for a couple of years. The 9070 will likely handle higher settings without issues down the line.
