Help! My PC Won’t Boot After Restarting

I restarted my computer because it was lagging, but now I'm stuck on a screen that says, "Couldn't connect to the network, leave your device on and we'll look for solutions again in 30 minutes. Click (or press enter) for more recovery options. Log file: C:WINDOWSSystem32Logfilessrtsrttrail.txt." I can't reset the PC or enter safe mode because it failed to restart. I've tried using command prompts, but I don't have a system restore point. I also can't uninstall the latest Windows update. What can I do?

It sounds like your issue might have been triggered by something unexpected. Did you recently update any software or drivers? Sometimes updates can cause booting issues if they're not fully compatible.

No, I was actually just playing games and restarted the PC before grabbing a drink. The last driver I installed was OpenTabletDriver about a month ago.
