I bought my iPhone 15 Pro at the end of September, and I've noticed that its maximum battery capacity has dropped from 100% to 99% by December, and then it was at 98% about a month ago. Recently, it's even fallen to 96%. I've been trying to follow the tips on Apple's website to preserve battery life, but I did let the battery drain down to around 3-4% a couple of times. This is my first iPhone, and I've heard that battery aging is common, but is there really no way to prevent such a rapid drop in battery capacity?

A 4% drop over 7 months isn't too bad! It's normal for batteries to degrade over time, no matter what you do.
Try to stick to the 20%-80% charging rule and keep your phone cool during charging. If possible, avoid using chargers above 20w for better heat management.
I got my iPhone 15 Pro on launch day, and it's still at 100%. I limit my charging to 80% and use a 5-watt charger, which works great for overnight.
Honestly, the best advice is to stop obsessing over it. Just use your phone as you normally would!
I have a 30w charger too, and I’m wondering the same thing. How much of a difference does charger wattage really make?
