I'm looking to upgrade my current setup from two 1080p monitors to one 2K monitor. I have a 550W power supply and I want to know if it's feasible to just replace one of my 1080p monitors with this new 2K monitor without running into power issues. Here's my current setup for context: I'm using an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X processor, an Arctic Freezer 34 air cooler, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, a TUF GAMING B650E-E motherboard, and an RTX 4060 GPU. Would this upgrade work for me?

Monitors draw power directly from the wall, so they won't affect your PC's power supply. Replacing one of your 1080p monitors with a 2K one shouldn't cause any power issues for your setup. Your GPU will handle the extra pixels without needing more power from your PSU.

That's what I thought! I just wanted to make sure it wouldn't overload anything since the 2K monitor has more pixels. Glad to hear it!
