I've had my PC for about two years now, and I'm starting to think my GPU might need some attention. It's been overheating lately, which I suspect is due to the thermal paste needing to be reapplied. However, I'm also considering whether it might be time for an upgrade altogether. Here are my current specs:
- Gigabyte B660 DS3H DDR4 motherboard
- Intel i7-12700F processor
- RTX 3070 (8GB)
- 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RAM
- 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD
- Corsair CX650 power supply
I'd really appreciate any recommendations on what I should upgrade!

If you're dealing with overheating issues, I definitely recommend starting with an upgrade to your GPU. Depending on your budget, going for something like the 9060 XT with 16GB or the 9070 XT could really improve your performance.
Your specs aren't that bad, to be honest. But if your GPU is heating up to 60°C even at idle, that's something to be concerned about! Have you checked if the overheating is impacting your performance?

Yeah, it definitely seems to be overheating. It's close to the max temp, and I really don’t want to face performance issues because of that.
