I recently bought a Samsung The Frame 2024 TV that should support 120Hz, but I'm getting a 'not supported' error. I'm not sure why this is happening. Has anyone else experienced this issue or know how to fix it?

It sounds like your issue might be related to the settings or the connection. Double-check to see if you're using the right HDMI port since not all ports may support 120Hz, even if they can handle 4K. Make sure to use an HDMI 2.1 cable if you haven't already!

I had a similar issue when I got my TV. There are specific settings for the input mode that can affect this. Try setting the input to 'Game Mode' or check if there’s an option for high refresh rates in the settings.

Are you trying to change the resolution in the TV settings? That could be the problem. Sometimes TVs don't automatically switch to the correct settings when you change the refresh rate. You might need to manually configure the settings for the 120Hz refresh rate to take effect. Let me know if you need more details on how to do that!
