I need a new CPU because my old motherboard and CPU broke down. I have 32GB of DDR4 RAM and I'm not looking to switch to AM5 due to the current pricing situation with RAM. I'm considering the Intel i5 14600F and the AMD Ryzen 7 5800XT as my best options available in my country. I'm open to suggestions for other CPUs as well. One of my concerns is the voltage issues associated with Intel's 13th and 14th generation processors.

Honestly, AMD beats Intel chips, no contest… but I'm a bit biased as an AMD fan!
Are those the only options you're looking at? It really depends on what you plan to use your PC for.
Whichever one is cheaper for you. I went for the 13600KF in a small PC build, but the AM4 motherboards are way pricier than LGA 1700 ones.
If you can get the 14600KF without it being overpriced, it’s a solid choice. It's better than the 9600X and 7700X, just a bit lower performance than the 9700X, but keep in mind it may draw more power and run hotter.
I’d go for the 5800XT. It consumes less power and runs cooler than the 14600F, plus it's about $50 cheaper here in the States.
