I'm considering an upgrade from my 3070 and I'm debating between getting a second-hand 4080 Super for around $800 to $900 or a brand-new 5070 Ti. I have a 3440x1440 monitor and I'm not aiming for max RTX settings. My main game is Tarkov, which is quite CPU-intensive, and I currently have a Ryzen 7 7800X3D. What do you all think?

If you’re looking to save a bit, the regular 5070 might suffice too, but it really hinges on what frame rates you’re aiming to achieve at 3440x1440. Just weigh your options!
If you can score a used 4070 Ti Super for about $600-$700, that would be more than enough for your needs! Just make sure you’re happy with the frame rate at 3440x1440.
Definitely get the 5070 Ti! It's a great choice since you won't see a massive difference in performance between it and the 4080 Super. Plus, you'll have the peace of mind with the warranty.
If they're priced the same, I'd go for the new 5070 Ti. With the current memory market trends, having that warranty can make a big difference in the long run.
I’d recommend the 5070 Ti as well. The 4080 Super has a slight edge in rasterization, but you lose out on that new manufacturing and warranty assurance. Overall, the 5070 Ti is a solid investment.
