Hey everyone! I've been having this issue with my phone charging lately. For the past few weeks, my charger has needed to be at a really specific angle to work. Last night, when I tried to plug it in, it wouldn't charge at all. I thought it might be the charger, so I tried using my power bank, and that worked fine. This morning, I tried my mom's charger, which usually works for my phone, but that didn't charge it either. So to summarize, my phone charges with the power bank, but not with a standard charger. Any ideas?

If you're not using a genuine Apple cable, that might be the issue. I had similar problems with my old cables, especially after iOS updates. It's also a good idea to look at the charging port on your phone for dust—it can really mess with the connection. YouTube has a ton of guides on how to clean it out if you're not sure how to do that. If that doesn't help, visiting an Apple Store for a more thorough check might be necessary.
You might just have a little dust clogging the phone's connector. Try cleaning it with a paperclip or something similar!
What kind of phone do you have? Also, are you using the original charger and cable, or are they third-party? Sometimes non-MFI cables can stop working after updates. Also, check the charging port for any lint or debris; clean it out if you see anything.
I have an iPhone 15 and I'm using the standard cable that came with it. I think the power bank is from a brand called Paidashu.
Thanks a lot, that’s super helpful! I’ll look into cleaning it.
