I updated my Nvidia drivers (version 595.79) for my RTX 5070 on March 10th, and now all of my games are experiencing really low FPS and terrible stuttering. It was running perfectly fine before the update, but now it's completely unplayable. Is this a common problem with the latest drivers? Should I roll back to a previous version, or is it better to wait for the next update?

Sometimes just restarting your PC can work wonders! Also, if you have the Nvidia app set to automatically adjust game settings, it might be causing problems too. Turning that feature off has helped some people.
Rolling back to a previous driver version could definitely help. It's often the simplest fix for issues like this. You might want to check which version was stable for others before you downgrade.
Check your non-paged pool in the task manager's memory tab. Some folks are speculating that the new Nvidia drivers might have memory leak issues. It might not be the direct fix, but it’s worth a look.
