I recently got a 3060 Ti and I'm looking for recommendations on the best and cheapest CPU and motherboards that can support DDR5 RAM. Any suggestions?

I wouldn't go any higher than a Ryzen 7500F paired with a decent B650 motherboard. That combination should work well and won't break the bank.
If you're reconsidering DDR5 due to the high prices, a DDR4 setup could be a solid alternative. A Ryzen 5 5600X with a B550 motherboard can give you great performance without the high costs.
