I'm planning to upgrade from an older, weaker Intel system and would appreciate feedback and a rating on this build. The RTX 3090 Ti, 1440p monitor, and storage drives are being carried over from my current PC, while the power supply is intended to support a future GPU upgrade. The listed 32GB memory kit is only a placeholder; I'll replace it with RAM that fits beneath the CPU cooler, runs at an appropriate speed, and is reasonably priced. The parts appear compatible, but I'd like confirmation that there aren't any hidden issues. I'm targeting 1440p gaming and may add a second monitor for monitoring and videos.

The 1200W power supply is a quality unit, but it may be more capacity than you need. Around 850–1000W should handle the current system and many future high-end GPUs, depending on the model. Keeping 1200W is reasonable if the price difference is small and you want maximum upgrade flexibility, but it isn’t required just because you may upgrade later.
The main thing I would change is the memory. A single 32GB stick runs in single-channel mode, which can hurt performance and frame rates. Use a matched 2x16GB kit, or 2x32GB if you need 64GB. For AM5, a DDR5-6000 kit with reasonably tight timings and EXPO support is generally a better target than the slow CL46 placeholder.
The extra capacity is mostly to avoid rebuilding the system or replacing cables when I eventually upgrade the graphics card. I’d rather assemble it once and leave the wiring alone until a major upgrade.
