I have a one-hour phone interview coming up for an Associate Solutions Architect position. For anyone who has gone through this process, was the conversation mainly focused on behavioral questions, or did it also include cloud and technical fundamentals? I'm especially curious about the type of stories candidates should prepare and whether they need to be technically focused.

Expect a combination of leadership-principle and behavioral questions, along with light cloud fundamentals. It usually isn’t a deep technical exam, but you should be comfortable explaining basic services and concepts. Prepare a few clear stories that show ownership, problem-solving, communication, and customer focus.

Do the examples need to be technical, or would strong experiences from nontechnical situations work too?
