I'm trying to get some advice from ChatGPT on how to win over this girl I'm interested in, and it seems to be working, albeit slowly. However, I ran into a snag today—I hit an error saying that I've reached the chat limit, and now it wants me to start a new conversation. The problem is, if I do that, I'll lose everything we've talked about so far. I really want to keep the progress I've made. I'm using the free version of ChatGPT on my phone, and that's the only way I can access it right now. Is there any way to transfer my conversation data to a new chat without losing my previous discussions?

You could try asking for a summary of your conversation to copy and paste into the new chat. That way, you don't lose the info you already shared, but you might still have to tweak it a bit to get everything back in context.
Unfortunately, if it says your saved memory is full, then that method might not work for you. I’d suggest rewriting the key points manually if possible before starting a new chat.
Have you thought about taking screenshots? You could save important parts of the conversation that way and refer to them in the new chat.
