I'm trying to decide between the RTX 5060 Ti, RX 7800 XT, and RTX 4070 for gaming at 1440p. My budget is capped at 55,000, but I'd prefer to stay under 50,000. That said, if the performance difference is significant, I'm willing to stretch my budget by an additional 5,000.

Out of the three options, I think the 4070 is the strongest choice overall. It performs well across different games at 1440p, even if it might not have the highest VRAM. If you can stretch your budget a bit, it could be worth it for its future-proofing benefits.
I'd skip the RTX 4070 because of its 12GB VRAM. It really seems like a toss-up between the 5060 Ti (which should have 16GB) and the RX 7800 XT. The 7800 XT offers better raster performance, but if you can get the 5060 Ti for a similar price, its DLSS support is a big plus. I'd lean towards the 5060 Ti if the prices are close.
So, it's between the 5060 Ti and RX 7800 XT? Forgetting the 4070 is a good move, but what do you think about the new 9060 XT that's just launched? I still want something good for under 50,000 if possible!
