I've been wondering if anyone else is facing audio issues with Lenovo X1 Gen 13 Carbon models, particularly when using Microsoft Teams. Is it a common problem, or are there specific solutions?

For my experience, the Realtek driver updates can mess with the audio device settings in Teams. You might find that the speaker and microphone settings get switched around without you realizing it, which can be really frustrating. I used to see this happen a lot, but it popped up again recently. I've been training users to sort it out themselves, but the results are hit or miss.

I haven't noticed problems with the laptops, but my M75Q Tiny has run into driver issues where the wrong audio driver gets installed. There's actually a popular support video on it that’s worth checking out.

Yeah, I've heard of issues with the T and L series too. Users complain about volume suddenly dropping or cutting off completely, so it seems to be pretty widespread. Some think it might be related to Dolby settings, but it’s still a bit unclear.

Absolutely! I've had issues specifically with Anker speakers. They just don’t play nice sometimes.
