Apple Charged Me $89.87, but I Can’t Find the Purchase

I noticed an $89.87 charge from Apple on my bank statement, but I don't have any subscription or recurring payment that should cost that much. I checked my Apple purchase history, subscriptions, and email receipts and couldn't find a matching transaction. This is my only Apple Account, I haven't shared the debit card with anyone, and the card is less than a year old. Has anyone dealt with an unexplained Apple charge like this?

Sign in to Apple’s purchase-reporting page and check every Apple Account you may have used. If the charge still doesn’t appear, contact Apple Support so they can investigate which account generated it. Privacy rules may prevent them from revealing the account details, but they can usually confirm whether the charge is legitimate or suspicious.

I checked the reporting page and couldn’t find anything close to $89.87. I’ve contacted Apple Support and am still waiting for a response.

Since the charge doesn’t match your Apple history and you haven’t authorized anyone else to use the card, keep working with your bank as well. They can explain whether the transaction is still pending, dispute it if necessary, and replace the card if it appears fraudulent. Apple Support may also be able to confirm whether the charge actually came from them.

I’ve contacted the bank too and am waiting to hear back.

Apple sometimes combines several App Store, media, or subscription purchases made within a day or two into one larger charge. Check the purchase history directly on your device under Settings > your Apple Account > Media & Purchases > Purchase History, rather than relying only on the bank statement. If nothing matches there or under subscriptions, it may be connected to another Apple Account or an older account that still has payment details saved.

I already checked the purchase history and subscriptions, but there’s nothing there. This has also been my only Apple Account since 2012.
