I found a lot of these files when using my search bar and I'm not sure what they are or if it's safe to delete them. Are they important? Thanks for any help!

When you use the search bar, it shows you a range of files based on the keywords you type. For example, typing "Windows" will pull up anything containing that word. If you're worried, you can upload the file to VirusTotal for a quick check and also run your antivirus software just to be safe. Otherwise, it's generally fine to leave those files alone—they're probably just part of a game needed for rendering.
It seems like those files are linked to a Unity game. Do you have any games installed on your computer? That might explain why you're seeing them.
