Absolutely, many corporations are leaning heavily towards web applications because they streamline the development process and cut costs. Users often experience app fatigue and prefer not having to download software, which leads to a smoother experience.
But it seems odd that mobile devices still demand standalone apps for everything! I've got apps for ordering food, checking in with schools, and even contacting government services.
