I'm stuck with an old Microsoft 365 B2B guest organization that still appears in my profile. The external administrator set my guest account to "Block sign-in," and I no longer work with that organization. Because sign-in is blocked, I can't access the My Account > Organizations page to leave it myself. Clearing browser data doesn't help because the association comes back from the cloud. If their IT team deletes my guest object from their Entra ID tenant, will the organization eventually disappear from my Microsoft 365 profile, or would I still need to leave it manually afterward?

Deleting the guest object is generally the right fix. The organization entry may remain visible temporarily because directory changes and cached profile data can take time to propagate, but you normally shouldn’t need to leave manually after the guest account has been removed. Give it several hours, then sign in again to your own tenant. If it is still present after a day or so, Microsoft Support may need to clear the stale cross-tenant reference.
The organization shown there represents your guest relationship with their tenant; it does not mean they are connected to or administering your own organization. Still, if you want the relationship removed for privacy or cleanup reasons, their IT team should delete the guest user from their directory. The entry should eventually disappear after synchronization finishes.
There usually isn’t much you can do from your side once the guest account is blocked. The external organization’s administrators need to remove your guest object from their Entra ID tenant.

The self-service option is normally under My Account > Organizations, but it requires signing in. Since this account is blocked, that route isn’t available in this case.
