I’d either raise the budget to roughly $650–$700 CAD or relax the 10-liter requirement. A larger case that accepts a standard ATX power supply gives you many more affordable options. Watch local used listings and second-hand hardware sales, since complete older systems or bundles can be much cheaper than buying every component separately.

At $500 CAD, this is extremely difficult, especially with a 10-liter case. Small-form-factor parts such as SFX power supplies, Mini-ITX motherboards, and compact graphics cards are usually more expensive and harder to find. You would probably need to buy nearly everything used and accept older hardware.

You could build the system without a dedicated graphics card first, using integrated graphics if you choose a suitable CPU, then save for a used GPU later. That won’t deliver the desired performance in Cyberpunk or heavily modded Minecraft, but it lets you get the platform running while you continue hunting for parts.
