I just pre-ordered the iPhone 17 for pickup at my local Apple Store in London and opted to trade in my old iPhone as part of the order. I thought I could handle the trade-in in person, but now I see there's mention of a mailing kit. I'd prefer to avoid mailing it due to the negative reviews I've seen. Can anyone confirm if I can just bring my phone with me when I pick up my new iPhone and trade it in directly at the store? Thanks!
