Can I Use a Logitech Harmony Remote with My Apple Computer?

I'm trying to figure out if the Logitech Harmony remote can be programmed using an Apple computer. I want to connect my Samsung TV, Roku, and Bose soundbar with this remote, but my main concern is whether the programming can be done on a Mac. Does anyone have experience with this?

The newer Logitech Harmony remotes are indeed supported by the Harmony iOS app, but just to clarify, an iPhone or iPad is considered iOS, while a Mac is macOS. If you're using a Mac, that's a different scenario since the app is primarily for mobile devices.
