I accidentally erased my Facebook passwords from the settings on my iPhone, thinking they were correct, and now I can't log in from my iPad. I used the 'forgot password' option and got a message saying, "Login attempt from Apple Macintosh." My ex has a Mac and we've shared Apple One Services in the past, but I never explicitly gave him access to my passwords. I'm puzzled why the message mentioned a Mac when I asked from an iOS device. Your ex can only access your Facebook password if you've saved it on his Mac or if it was shared with him before. Otherwise, he shouldn't have access to it. Just make sure you're not logged into any shared devices.
