I accidentally erased my Facebook passwords from the settings on my iPhone, thinking they were correct, and now I can't log in from my iPad. I used the 'forgot password' option and got a message saying, "Login attempt from Apple Macintosh." My ex has a Mac and we've shared Apple One Services in the past, but I never explicitly gave him access to my passwords. I'm puzzled why the message mentioned a Mac when I asked from an iOS device. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I'd appreciate simple explanations. I've also checked 'Find My' and don't see any additional devices linked to my account. I'm looking for respectful, technical input or insights into iOS or Facebook login behavior. Thanks in advance!

Your ex can only access your Facebook password if you've saved it on his Mac or if it was shared with him before. Otherwise, he shouldn't have access to it. Just make sure you're not logged into any shared devices.
