Hey everyone! I'm a former cybersecurity researcher now helping my local community, and I've noticed a lot of people are stuck on outdated versions of iOS. It's mostly due to storage issues that prevent them from updating. I usually walk them through the update process, but that only works if they can offload apps or have a computer available—but not everyone has that option, or their computer is also out of date. Knowing there's an Apple Store nearby, I'm curious: can people just walk into the Apple Store and get their iPhone updated if they have no other way to do it? Would they help with that?
