I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 15 and I'm facing a frustrating problem: I can't download anything on it. I managed to download the latest iOS update, but it won't install. It keeps saying it's temporarily unavailable. Additionally, any app I try to download from the App Store just gets stuck on a loading icon, and when I restart the App Store, it resets without the app even appearing on my home screen. Does anyone have any advice or solutions?

That's definitely not normal! I'd first ask where you got it from because that could make a difference. You might want to try restoring it via iTunes or Finder. Keep in mind that this will wipe all your data, but it reinstalls the system fresh, which could fix the issue. If that doesn't help, it might be a hardware problem.
I got it from Amazon Renewed, so I hope that's not an issue.
