I've cleared all the storage on my Google account, but I'm still running into issues with editing this particular Google Sheet that I've had since 2022. I've checked everything - emptied the trash, and I don't use apps like Photos that might be taking up hidden space. My account shows I'm only using 0.77 GB out of 30 GB, but I keep getting an error saying, "Storage is full. No edits can be made to this file. Get more storage now or remove files from Drive, Google Photos, or Gmail." I've tried editing other sheets and documents without any problems. The error seems to be isolated to this one sheet. I'm hoping it resolves itself in 48 hours, but if it doesn't, what can I do? This sheet is really important to me!

It’s possible that you might have hit some kind of limit with that sheet. There are restrictions on file sizes and the total number of cells. Consider splitting your data into multiple sheets by year and use a master sheet to gather totals. That could solve the problem in the long run!
You can definitely try downloading the sheet and then edit it in another program like LibreOffice. That could help you bypass the editing issue.
That sounds frustrating! You might want to check what's actually in that sheet. Is it really 30GB? I recommend right-clicking on the sheet and checking its properties to see the size. Also, if someone else created it and shared it with you, it could be that their Google Drive is full, not yours. In the meantime, try downloading the sheet and re-uploading it to see if that fixes the issue.
