I'm installing an all-in-one cooler on my water-cooled GPU and want to make sure the radiator and tubes are positioned safely. Based on the setup shown in the image, could this orientation cause damage if the motherboard is installed in a standard upright case orientation?

That orientation shouldn’t damage the GPU as long as the motherboard will be mounted upright in a normal case position and the pump is integrated into the GPU water block. The main thing is to avoid placing the pump at the highest point in the loop, where air could collect and cause noise or poor cooling.
So you mean the setup is fine if the motherboard is installed vertically, just like it appears in the picture?
