Did KB5094126 break Explorer previews for anyone else?

After installing KB5094126, File Explorer shows a warning instead of previewing some .txt and .pdf files on DFS shares. The files don't appear to have Mark of the Web. So far, the issue is showing up on systems with builds 10.0.26100.8655 and 10.0.26200.8655, but not on the earlier builds checked. What would you compare before considering a rollback?

The build difference is the clearest lead so far, though it doesn't prove the update is the cause. Compare the same file and share from an affected and unaffected machine, and note the exact Windows build, update state, and whether the warning appears for every file type or just certain ones. That should help separate an update-related change from a difference in machine policy or configuration.

If you need a yes-or-no test, try the update rollback on one machine in a controlled group, following your normal change process. No rollback result has been reported here yet, so I wouldn't treat that as a confirmed fix. Keep a record of the before-and-after build and test the same files on the same share.

I'd compare the share path with a local copy of the same file. Also check whether the affected machines have different network-zone settings, policies, or preview components. Since the files reportedly lack Mark of the Web, that particular difference may not explain it, but matching the path and machine settings is still a useful way to narrow things down.
