Has anyone else noticed that the Google app no longer lets you edit an existing search on an iPhone 15? Previously, I could tap a recent or suggested search, place the cursor in the search box, and fine-tune the wording. Now tapping the search text starts a completely new search instead. The same software works normally on an iPhone 12 Pro Max, so I'm wondering whether this is a device-specific bug or a recent app update issue.

This appears to be a bug introduced in one of the recent Google app updates. Several iPhone models are affected, including the 14 and 15 series, and the latest update apparently hasn’t fixed it yet.
