Having Issues Verifying My Phone Number for AWS Registration

Hey everyone! I'm having a tough time verifying my phone number in order to complete my registration on AWS. I entered my bank card details and my phone number (I'm from Kazakhstan, by the way). Initially, I was directed to another page saying I should wait for an SMS, but I never got it. After a few more attempts, I was told, 'Sorry, there was an error processing your request. Please try again and if the error persists, contact AWS Customer Support.' I submitted a ticket to customer support, but haven't received much help. Any advice on how to move forward with this issue?

I totally understand your frustration! If you're not getting any SMS, you might want to ensure that you're using the correct phone format and check if there's any restriction on your network provider. If everything seems right but it still doesn't work, keep pushing for a response from customer support! They're supposed to help you out.

Thanks for the pointer, but I can't find the option to contact them via phone or chat, only through the web.
