Hey everyone! I recently made a purchase through the App Store that was supposed to cost me just 5 euros, but for some reason, I was charged 50 euros instead. I reached out to Patreon, and they confirmed that the charge on their end is really 5 euros. I've contacted Apple for a refund twice, but they turned me down both times. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do next? Thanks a bunch! 🙂

Was the invoice clear about what you were charged for? They sometimes itemize purchases in weird ways. If it doesn't match what Patreon says, it can definitely make things confusing.
It sounds really frustrating! Make sure to check the receipt from Apple carefully. Sometimes they might break down charges differently than you'd expect. If it shows only one item for the full 50 euros, it could clarify things.
Yeah, I only see one item on the receipt too.
