Help! Can't Access My Student Microsoft Account After Getting a New Phone

I recently switched to a new phone and wiped my old one. Now, I'm unable to log into my student Microsoft account, which is necessary for accessing Canvas. The account requires two-step authentication through the Authenticator app, but since I'm logged out of all my devices, I can't retrieve the code to log in. I'm stuck and can't find any assistance!

No worries, this is usually a quick fix! Just reach out to your schoolโ€™s IT department. They can reset your account access so you can set it up on your new phone.

You might want to try the option that says, "I can't use my authenticator right now." It should present you with alternatives, maybe like receiving a code via text.

A simple rule of thumb: always contact the schoolโ€™s IT for help. They can sort this out for you.
