I installed Bloodstrike through its official website, but now I can't seem to find it. I'm also trying to delete it to free up some space, but I'm not sure how to proceed. Any advice?

If it's not appearing in the app list, it might be that the installation didn't complete properly. You might want to check your Program Files directory directly to see if the folder exists. If all else fails, you could try using a third-party uninstaller to remove any remnants.
You can try opening the run dialog by pressing Windows key + R and then typing 'appwiz.cpl'. This will take you to the programs list where you can see if Bloodstrike is listed there. If it's not showing up, that must be frustrating! Let us know how it goes.
