I've been having a really frustrating issue with my Apple account. I redeemed some gift cards and tried to use my balance to order an iPad, but it keeps getting declined for some reason. This all started five days ago, and now my entire balance is just sitting on a pending charge in the Apple Store. I've called customer support every day and spent hours on the phone, but nobody seems to know how to help me. I've talked to several senior advisors, but they don't have any answers either. I'm at my wit's end here and don't know what else to do.

It took some escalation to get it sorted out. Just make sure your Apple account is added to your iPhone’s Wallet for purchases, even online.
