So, I accidentally locked my brother's iPad too many times (yeah, he was being annoying) and now it's saying 'iPad unavailable'. It's going to be locked for 8 hours, and I really want to fix this quickly without using a Mac. Any advice on what I can do? Thanks!

If you're using a PC or laptop, try using iTunes to erase the iPad. This should reset it and take it out of the locked state.
You can also try doing a hard restore through iTunes, which might be another way to solve this problem.
