I recently got my first Ethernet cable and hooked it up to my PC and router, but I'm having trouble accessing the internet. My IPv6 connection seems fine, but IPv4 is showing that there's no internet access. I can open some search engines, but sites like Reddit are giving me errors, while YouTube works okay. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I'd appreciate a straightforward explanation on how to resolve this!

First off, try resetting your router. Just unplug it for about 30 seconds and plug it back in. This can help sort out connectivity issues. If you haven't tried this yet, definitely give it a shot!
Make sure to restart both your router and your PC. After that, you might want to renew your IP settings. Also, check that your Ethernet adapter is set to automatically obtain both IP and DNS addresses. This usually fixes the access problems!
