Hey everyone! I really need some advice. I was working on an important Excel file on my phone earlier today, and now I can't seem to find it anywhere. I had it open and was typing, but now I can't access it or locate it. I checked all the usual places—Excel files, downloads, you name it—but it's nowhere to be found. I haven't even deleted the app icon! Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any tips or ideas on how to track it down?

Maybe the shortcut on your home screen just got messed up. Have you tried looking in the Excel app's internal history or checking the Recent Files? Sometimes files can still be there, just not showing up in your main browser.
Honestly, it might just be a little glitch on your phone. I've never lost an Excel file before, so it could be something you accidentally did. Check the Recent Files section in Excel or look at your cloud backups. If it was on an SD card, you could also try using a recovery app to see if it can find it. Good luck!
I think you're right about it being a glitch! I just managed to find what seemed like an autosave version in some weird file format and renamed it. I can't believe it worked!
