Hey everyone! I recently upgraded my iPhone 13 from iOS 26.3 to 26.4 and now I can't enter my password. The keyboard on the newer version is missing some characters I need. Is there a way for me or a technician to downgrade to iOS 26.3 so I can enter my password, change it to something that works with 26.4's keyboard, and then update again? I'm really worried about losing all my photos!

Have you tried enabling Visual ID? It might help you access your phone without needing the keyboard.
I didn’t realize that iOS 26.4 changed the keyboard layout. What specific symbol are you missing?
Face ID requires me to enter my PIN at least once after a restart, which I can't do right now.
