How can I permanently block hookup apps and websites on my devices?

I'm currently in treatment for a sex addiction and substance use issues related to chemsex. The main trigger for my behavior is my access to hookup websites where I can find drugs. I'm looking for effective ways to ensure that I can't access these websites and apps on my phone and computer, no matter how hard I try. Does anyone have suggestions or tools that could help me with this? Thank you!

If you're really serious about blocking access, Mobile Device Management (MDM) might work. It can lock down the system, but it's not foolproof—you might still find a way to get a burner phone. Just be aware that you'll need a solid plan in place.
