You might consider using a parental lock for your devices, but that might not work since you'd know the password. One radical solution could be to ask a friend to set the lock and keep the password away from you; this might make it harder to access those sites when you're tempted.
If you're really serious about blocking access, Mobile Device Management (MDM) might work. It can lock down the system, but it's not foolproof—you might still find a way to get a burner phone. Just be aware that you'll need a solid plan in place.
