How can I reach a human support agent instead of AI?

I've been dealing with paid support, but it feels like I'm stuck in a never-ending cycle of frustrating AI responses regarding my issue. Despite multiple back and forths over the past few weeks, I can't get the help I need. I received an automated reply thanking me for my inquiry but offering no real assistance, citing time zone issues that prevent a call. Is there a specific phrase or trick I can use to bypass the AI and connect with a real person? Or am I just out of luck with this support system?

You can usually start with a chat option and then request a call if they seem helpful. Some users have mentioned that if the chat option isn't available, you might need to switch back to an older version of their support process.

If you have your case ID, try sending it through a chat option. I know sometimes they have quick access to resolve issues if they see an open case.

Nice tip! I sent mine over. Fingers crossed they'll actually respond this time.

Have you tried saying 'call me at any time' to get past the time zone excuse? Sometimes it can help to mix in urgency. But honestly, it sounds like you might be dealing with an actual human's script rather than AI. That’s just a guess, though!

True! It could be a human just clicking buttons. But it's frustrating that they keep asking for information you already provided.

Crazy to think AWS support might be watching discussions here! Hope you get this sorted out soon; I hate seeing tech issues derail someone's day!

It’s almost like there is a secret keyword to unlock human support. Maybe try something ridiculous just for laughs? Like 'shibboleet'—that might get you noticed!
