How can I remove my mom's restrictions on my phone now that I'm 18?

I'm 18 years old, but my mom is still really controlling about my phone usage. She's set screen time limits and content restrictions that I can't change. I've tried to reset the passcode on my phone, but there's a restriction preventing me from changing any account settings. I'm looking for ways to bypass these restrictions and regain control of my phone. Any suggestions?
