A new toolbar started appearing at the bottom of Chrome on my phone whenever I scroll upward. It shows the Home button, an option to open a new tab, and a button for viewing all open tabs. The bar keeps popping up and I find it distracting, but I haven't been able to find a setting that disables it. Is there a way to turn it off?
